Seller guide (SpotPro)

1. Where to list

• Inventory — create an auction lot from stock items
• Store Listings → Auction — auction tools on online listings
• Ecommerce → CDX Auction — seller console for open lots, wins, and payment status

Public storefront

Buyers can open your seller store on CDX Auction: company profile (name, logo, about, location), feedback score, live auctions, and Buy Now lots. URL uses your SpotPro dealer_site_slug when set (e.g. /store/thecoinshop), otherwise /store.php?id=…. Directory: /sellers.php.

2. Lot settings

• Title, description, and images should match the physical item
• Starting price, optional reserve / buy-now (when enabled)
• Duration; anti-snipe may extend end time if late bids arrive
• Stock may be held while a lot is live

3. Bid alerts

When a buyer places a new bid on your live lot, CDX Auction emails your shop contact with the amount, masked bidder name, bid count, and links to the public lot and seller console. Buy-now / sold events use the sold notification instead.

4. How buyers pay you

Payment methods are taken from your Company Profile / payment settings (same stack as ExtraCoins):

• Authorize.Net Accept.js (card)
• CARDZ3N Collect.js (card)
• PayPal
• Zelle, wire, check / offline

Configure methods in SpotPro before high-volume listing. Buyers do not pay a platform Stripe coin-settlement account.

5. After the sale

• Confirm offline payments before shipping
• Use the seller console to track invoice status
• Ship to the address on the win / invoice
